Bruce is the best, especially if you’re selling in Forest Hills and the Gardens. He really cares about doing right by his clients and is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, which makes him a vital resource. From helping my family get the house prepped and ready for sale, then marketing us to a pool of very interested buyer, to holding open houses almost every weekend until the house sold, and walking my family thru negotiations until we closed, Bruce really went above and beyond. In particular when it came to getting us to the closing. Bruce honestly did more to make this deal happen than even our attorney. Take it from me, selling a house can be incredibly stressful, there are often hiccups and hurdles along the way that come from out of no where, having an agent like Bruce there to help you navigate the process will be invaluable to you.

Bruce was our wonderful real estate agent that prepared and sold our home above asking price and closed in record time.
Since we were out of town sellers, we relied heavily on Bruce to prepare the home for sale and to manage the property. He coordinated the painters, haulers, inspectors, photographers, surveyors, appraisers and numerous other professionals.
Initially, Bruce impressed us with discussing the comps and sales strategy to sell the home quickly. As a result of all his work, after the first open house we were in the envious position of receiving numerous offers that were significantly above the asking price.
